Our client, a rapidly growing provider of outsourced back office solutions is seeking an account manager / jr. operations manager to join their team.
You will work with clients on defining their needs, creating processes for the outsourced team and managing the efficiency of the outsourced team.

Excellent communication skills, as well as a process oriented mindset (you can break down what needs to be done, document it and relay it) are ESSENTIAL for the role.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships for assigned accounts, ensure that clients are supported on a daily basis.
- Proactively communicate with clients and answer and address client needs as needed.
- Work together with clients and management to define, document, and relay business processes for overseas team and work to refine processes on an ongoing basis
- Provide feedback to both clients and management on potential improvements and room to further optimize operations.
- Consistently communicate with overseas team leads on issues or clarification of the team's objectives.
Requirements
- An affable and engaging personality with a service mindset (this can't be overstated).
- The ability to manage multiple responsibilities at any given time and manage time and tasks efficiently.
- A MUST - you must be able to define and document business needs - step by step in a simplified manner in order to relay needs to overseas teams and clarify exact business needs with clients.
- 2+ years in working in a business environment, operations or account management experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
