They are seeking a Vice President, FP&A and Systems to lead the strategic integration of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with core enterprise systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
Position Summary
The Vice President, FP&A and Systems, will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for aligning financial strategy with operational systems across the organization. This role requires a blend of financial leadership, enterprise systems expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. The VP will oversee the financial planning function while guiding the optimization and integration of systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Oversee the development and implementation of financial models to guide business decisions and performance management
Analyze financial performance and operational metrics, providing insights to support executive-level decision-making
Partner with business and technology leaders to drive the integration and continuous improvement of ERP and CRM systems
Serve as the executive sponsor for major financial systems and technology projects, ensuring delivery against business objectives
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across financial and operational platforms
Build and lead high-performing teams across FP&A and systems functions, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Qualifications
Extensive experience in FP&A leadership roles with responsibility for enterprise systems strategy and implementation
Deep understanding of financial planning, accounting principles, and performance management methodologies
Proven track record in managing ERP and CRM platforms in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
Demonstrated success in leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives
Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and systems integration
