Our client, a rapidly growing healthcare organization, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their Co-CEOs. Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
Facilitate internal communication, including managing correspondence and routing phone calls
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes to ensure effective organizational communication
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare comprehensive reports for executive review
Serve as the first point of contact for the executive office, interacting with internal teams and external partners with professionalism
Assist in project management in various aspects of the organization, from planning through execution
Coordinate special projects as directed by the executives, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met
Maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior-level management
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
A professional demeanor, complemented by dynamic energy
Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility and adaptability in managing a diverse range of tasks and meeting deadlines
